(*) Each subscription has an annual term, auto-renews, requires advance payment, and is subject to terms and conditions. Prices may be adjusted annually. Each subscription is organization-based, which organization may be an NDA party (e.g. company, PE firm) or a representative of an NDA party (eg. investment bank, law firm), however, pricing is per NDA party, provided, solely for the initial annual period of subscriptions commencing by March 15, 2026, a representative organization is required to pay only the price of one NDA party, even if the representative processes NDAs for multiple NDA parties.
(**) Guest plan is subject to the same terms and conditions as the other plans, except a Guest cannot create a Playbook or auto-negotiate NDAs, and Nodal may discontinue a Guest’s subscription in its discretion.

** This is a cumulative limit for sending NDAs and automated review of NDAs.
